SponsorPulse provides advertisers with data on 750+ properties across sports, music, and lifestyle. I lead the design and product management, turning IMI International's 40,000+ evaluations into a powerful SaaS platform.
The Challenge
IMI approached me to build their first-ever digital product after 50 years in the industry. They needed to launch an MVP within three months to start offering their proprietary insights via a modern dashboard.
Outcome
We delivered a desktop and mobile responsive MVP that allows agencies to search and filter for optimal sponsorship opportunities instantly.
Product Evolution
Starting with discovery sessions and workshops, we mapped unknowns to a clear 3-month roadmap. Since the MVP launch in Jan 2019, we've operated in weekly sprints—using analytics (Fullstory) to catch shortfalls and iterate constantly.
