366 days, 52 weeks, 12 months, and 1 year.
The new year is nearly upon us and this is perfect time to reflect on the things accomplished and learned over the past 366 days.
Each new year is a great opportunity to embark on new journeys, learn new skills and gain new perspectives.
It can also go to waste and be easily taken for granted, with little to nothing new learned or accomplished.
I personally try to create as many memories as possible each year. I try to do this by meeting new people, learning new skills, building things, and travelling.

This year was not short on memories at all. Here are a few of them:
- San Francisco trip with Jason, Jon & Vino in during Reading Week in February
- Family trip to the Bahamas in July
- Spelunking with Greg, Joey, Jon, Vino and Vijay
- Montreal trip with Darren, Trevor and Sasha in August
- Road trip to 4 different Universities in one weekend with Jon.
- Nigeria trip in September
- YCombinator's Startup School and second San Francisco trip with Jon in October
- Under 20 Summit in New York with Ashton, Darren and Ross during November
- An uncountable amount of 1 hour+ visits to Starbucks with TBIP (Herbert, Jason, Joey, Jon, Nick, Vino, & Vijay)
Below is an image I made that illustrates my year.

Now ask yourself did you learn as much as you could this year? Did you grow or stay the same? And most importantly, did you create new and amazing memories to look back on?
If the answer was no to any of those questions, then what's stopping you?
Until next time,
Dami
